Colorless transparent sterile solutiion.
Treated for Conjunctivits, keratitis and other eye infection caused
by sensitive bacteria.. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your
Enoxacin eye drops are a fluoroquinolone eye drop. It works by
blocking bacteria from reproducing in the eye.
5.Dosage and Administration
-Days 1 and 2: Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 2
hours while awake, up to 8 times a day.
-Days 3 through 7: Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s)
every 4 hours while awake, up to 4 times a day.
Use: For the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by
susceptible strains of Corynebacterium species, Staphylococcus
aureus, S epidermidis, Streptococcus pneumonia, Streptococcus
(groups C/F), Streptococcus (group G), viridans group streptococci,
Acinetobacter lwoffii, Haemophilus influenzae, Serratia marcescens
Some of the side effects that can occur with levofloxacin
ophthalmic may not need medical attention. As your body adjusts to
the medicine during treatment these side effects may go away. Your
health care professional may also be able to tell you about ways to
reduce or prevent some of these side effects. If any of the
following side effects continue, are bothersome or if you have any
questions about them, check with your health care professional
Patients having a history of hypersensitivity to the active
ingredient, or to any kind of quinolones, or to any of the
constituents of the drug should not be treated with Enoxacin
Eye/Ear Drops (Lomefloxacin).
8. Special precautions for storage
Do not store above 30°C. Store in the original package.
